shaping your day, shaping your soul
This morning I drug myself out of bed and ran a 7 mile tempo run in sub 35 degree weather before work (go ahead, I can almost feel you patting me on the back…). This, in turn, shaped my breakfast. I wanted to eat enough calories to recover and get my day started right while also eating somewhat healthy. This, also, affected my decision not to partake in the birthday cake & smorgashboard...
