its a wonderful world
I just had one of those “fun” moments where I click, then click, then click, and then all of a sudden I’m on a website or blog that frustrates me and wishes I could dropkick the person writing it.
But isn’t that the beauty of the world we live in?
Or the downside of it?
Because anyone can write anything about anyone they want.
Meanness justified under the banner of “truth.”
Hate glorified under the banner of “victory.”
Arrogance rectified under the notion of being “right.”
More people than ever have been given a “voice” to speak into the world. Will they use it for goodness? Or for some facade of goodness?
We (humans) are quick to deem things like us “good” and things different from us “bad.”
And this has promptly led to some of the most egregious plans carried out or passively allowed in human history.
Think. Before. You. Speak/Type/Blog/Write/Act/Watch.
The world is wonderful, but not everything in it is.
